Ballot | Synopsis
Sick of what he perceives as political incompetence in his home-city, a frustrated malcontent launches a spoof mayoral election campaign to highlight the problems with the system. However his ludicrous manifesto seems to strike a chord with the electorate and he is swept into power to make good on his promises.
